XAGOe in one minute

Footage from the XAGOe prototype, sped up in places. Its drafting assistant is simulated: it starts from the closest of five example apps.

Read what the video shows
  1. Every department buys its own tools: Sales a CRM, HR an HR system and payroll, Finance accounting and expense apps, Operations, Projects and Support their own, and spreadsheets, email and chat everywhere. None of them were built to work together, so the same data is retyped between them. (Illustrative example: 18 tools, 6 teams retyping the same data, no view of the whole company.)
  2. The leadership team pays for it. CEO: no single view of the company, so decisions are made on old data. CFO: costs that grow with every tool, renewed every year. COO: processes break between teams, so work falls through. CTO: too many systems to secure, each with its own users and access rules.
  3. You don't need another tool. You need one platform for every department.
  4. XAGOe: one platform where every department builds and runs the applications it needs.
  5. 1. Describe: start with any process, in your own words. Here, purchasing.
  6. 2. Structure: XAGOe drafts what you track, the stages and the screens. The Builder view shows it in plain words.
  7. 3. Customize: ask for changes, like adding a Rejected stage, before anything is created.
  8. 4. Automate: when an order is rejected, notify its owner.
  9. 5. Share: give each team its own role in the app, here Finance & Ops.
  10. 6. Run it: everyone sees where each order stands. Moving an order updates it for everyone.
  11. Every department: Sales, HR, Delivery, Finance and Purchasing in one workspace, on one platform.
  12. One platform for every department. Go Extra. Go Easy. Try the live prototype at app.xagoe.com.

The business application platform

Your business is growing. Why is running it getting harder?

Because every department runs on its own tools. XAGOe puts the whole company on one platform.

Or try the live prototype (opens in a new tab)

Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Projects and Support each buy their own tools. Costs grow with every one, data is retyped between them, and nobody sees the whole company.

XAGOe is one platform where every department builds and runs the applications it needs, with one workspace, one set of people and one way of working.

Already running real work across departments at TechSoft.one and Enfue

And mapped for 15 processes across sales, HR, finance, operations and service:

Every department bought its own tools. Now nobody runs the whole company.

Each tool fixed a problem for one team. Together they cost more every year, keep the same data in different places, and leave the work between departments to email and spreadsheets.

Not a tool for one department. One platform for all of them.

What tool sprawl costs the leadership team

It isn't an IT problem. Every leader pays for it, in a different way.

  • CEO

No single view of the company

Every report is rebuilt by hand from systems that don't talk to each other, so decisions are made on old data.

    With XAGOe

Every department's work lives in one workspace, with boards and dashboards over the same records.

  • CFO

Costs that grow with every tool

A subscription per department, overlapping apps and integrations to pay for and maintain, renewed every year.

    With XAGOe

New needs become applications on the platform you already have, instead of another tool for each team.

  • COO

    Processes break between teams

Hand-offs between Sales, Finance and Operations run on email, chat and spreadsheets, and work falls through.

    With XAGOe

Each process is one record that moves through clear stages, with rules that notify the next owner.

  • CTO

    Too many systems to secure

Every tool has its own users, access rules and integrations, and nobody has the full picture of who can see what.

    With XAGOe

One workspace, one set of people and teams, with a role per application.

Teams & Access: six teams, each granted a role in one or more of the four applications
One set of people, with a role per application.

One platform, built from the same blocks

Instead of buying another tool for each department, every application is built from the same building blocks, in one workspace, and changed as the business changes.

  • Data and relationships. Records link to each other, so every team works from the same facts. Works today
  • Views and interfaces. Boards, tables and dashboards over the same records. Works today
  • Workflows and automation. Stages make the process explicit, and rules notify people when work moves. Works today
  • Permissions. Each team gets a role in each application. Works today
  • Documents and surveys. Files, feedback and activity stay on the record. Works today
  • AI. Ask searches your records and cites its sources. Drafting an app is simulated today. Early or simulated
  • Connections to other tools. Email, calendars, video calls, chat and outside systems. Planned

What changes for the whole company

  • One platform, not a tool per team

New needs become applications on the platform you already have, not another subscription.

  • See every department at a glance

The workspace shows every application's records and stages, so you don't chase updates.

  • Change it without a developer

Rename stages, add fields and adjust rules in a live app. Changes apply right away.

  • One set of people and permissions

Each team gets a role per application, managed in one place.

Got any questions?

Is XAGOe only for one department?

No. XAGOe is one platform for the whole company. TechSoft.one runs sales, finance and purchasing, and software delivery on it, and Enfue's recruitment product is built on it. Each department builds the applications it needs in the same workspace.

How is XAGOe different from buying another tool?

When a process outgrows its tools, most companies buy another tool for that department, connect more apps together, keep it in spreadsheets and email, or commission custom software. Each fixes something for one team and adds cost for everyone. XAGOe is a different path: keep the tools that work, and build the applications every department is missing on one platform your own team can change.

Does XAGOe replace all our tools?

Not all at once, and not your accounting system. Start with the processes that live in spreadsheets, email and chat, or in tools bought for a single team, and keep the tools that work. Connections to outside systems are planned.

What works today, and what's still planned?

In the prototype today: data and relationships, boards, tables and dashboards, workflow stages and automation rules, roles per team, and documents and surveys. Ask searches your records and cites its sources. Drafting an app from a description is simulated: it starts from the closest of five example apps. Connections to email, calendars, chat and outside systems are planned.

Can different teams share one workspace?

Yes. Your workspace holds your people and teams. Each team gets admin, editor or viewer access to each application, and teams without a role in an application don't see it.

Who can see our data?

Only people your admins add can sign in to your workspace, and you can follow who created, approved or moved what. The live prototype keeps everything in your own browser. More on Security and Enterprise.

How do we get started?

Explore the live prototype today, with no sign-up. For early access, tell us about one process in any department: we open workspaces in small groups and help you build your first application. Add the next department when you're ready. It's free during early access.

Go Extra. Go Easy.

Run every department on one platform.

Start with the process that hurts most. Add the next department when you're ready. Every application shares the same workspace, people and permissions.

No sign-up needed for the prototype.
